Embedding responsible behaviour across the business is one of the greatest challenges for any organisation, whether it has a long-standing programme or is developing a strategy for the first time.
E-learning and online engagement is one of the most advanced and responsive ways of getting people involved and committed. Corporate Citizenship’s approach offers a uniquely effective way of positively influencing behaviour and attitudes. E-learning provides:

We recently helped the ICAEW develop a Business Sustainability e-learning programme to raise awareness of the business case for corporate responsibility and the issues which face companies in becoming sustainable. This modular programme is aimed at the 130,000 members in 162 countries who need a practical guide to designing, implementing, measuring and reporting on corporate responsibility.
We have also worked with Centrica to launch a revised set of business principles that would become truly embedded in employee behaviour. We developed scenarios to illustrate possible ethical dilemmas which staff use to select an option, and then receive guidance about the choice they have made.
Both solutions offer an engaging product that meets the challenges of integrating corporate responsibility and sustainable development in a modern organisation.
