Victoria is an Associate Director at Corporate Citizenship
I joined Corporate Citizenship (SMART Company as was) in 2004. I came into corporate responsibility via fundraising for the NSPCC – many years ago! A secondment from the NSPCC into Microsoft UK’s community affairs team as their Community Affairs Project Manager opened my eyes to growing pressures on business to fulfill their responsibilities, but also the benefits that can be achieved when it works – both to the business, but also to society and the environment. After spending 6 months in South Africa, I joined the SMART team, and whilst I have continued to focus on community investment and cross sector partnerships, I have also worked across a wide range of projects and also developed our own environmental offering – Climate SMART, and am currently leading our work in the Middle East.
Corporate Citizenship has a fantastic network of clients and contacts which have allowed me to be part of so many positive things – from research, to strategy, to hands on support with implementation – what do they say about variety and the spice of life!
Past experience: NSPCC, Microsoft UK and then various community development projects in South Africa.
Clients have included: Sony, National Grid, Camelot, Scottish & Newcastle, MNDA, BP, Vodafone Foundation, Caterpillar
