Joining Corporate Citizenship from SMART, I have built up eight years of consultancy experience and a further 13 years working on corporate responsibility issues. Having joined SMART from day one, I am proud to still work with many of the same clients all these years later. My simple formula is:
1. Listen to the client – understanding their issues
2. Share knowledge, so the client can solve the problem next time.
3. Deliver what the client wants whether that be board level strategic advice or an extra pair of hands
4. Measure success by which ideas the client adopts.
