Larissa is a Consultant at Corporate Citizenship
I became interested in corporate responsibility while studying for my Masters in International Business. I’d never heard of CR prior to joining the course but five minutes into the introductory lecture I was sold. It was one of the most inspiring talks I had been to – not because it offered any solutions or clever facts and methodologies, but because it showed the intrinsic links between companies, communities and our environment, and unearthed the vast scope of issues surrounding the services and products that we take for granted in everyday life. I made the decision to specialise in CR, and went on to work in the CR reporting teams at Standard Chartered Bank and Corporate Edge following my graduation. I joined Corporate Citizenship in April 2007 and have worked with some great clients across the private and voluntary sector focusing on community investment, research and CR reporting. I am also an LBG account manager, and I run the Knowledge Series to encourage debate around key CR topics.
