Corporate Citizenship co-chair Amanda Jordan recently chaired sessions for “The Great Debate: Corporate Responsibility: Overhead or Value Creator?” and “The New Era: Present Landscapes & Planning for 2020” on behalf of BitC.
Against the backdrop of an economic downturn, and the worst recession that the UK economy has experienced in 17 years, companies are rethinking their strategies, structures and priorities as they struggle to survive. The conference was attended by organisations keen to remain active in developing, sustaining and gaining a competitive advantage in these challenging economic times that included a presentation of the BitC CR Index results.
