This event presents the findings of a recent study, Investing in Leaders which explores how companies can work in partnership with third sector organisations to strengthen and support leadership development. A key focus of the research is the extent to which businesses can use existing approaches to corporate responsibility to work with charities on leadership development initiatives that deliver mutual benefits and learning.
